The Remington 11-87 is a semi-automatic shotgun manufactured by Remington Arms. It is based on the Remington 1100 and was first announced in 1987.
The 11-87 comes in two different gauges. 20ga. 2-3/4", 3", or 12ga. 2 3/4", 3"magnum along with 3-1/2" super magnum. Some 11-87's have interchangeable screw-in chokes, although barrels are available with fixed chokes. The barrels are not interchangeable between 1100 and 11-87 models. Barrel length are from the police 18" all the way up to 30".
